Oaxaca - Mexico
Small Group Travel
Why Oaxaca?
Oaxaca City was just named 2022’s Travel + Leisure best city in the world. But the city just scratches the surface of what there is to experience in the state of Oaxaca. The city, which is hands down the culinary capitol of Mexico, also offers vibrant culture, well-preserved archeological sites, and iconic architecture. Beyond the city streets the state boasts stunning natural beauty. Dolphins, parrots, jungle, sea turtles, alpine forest, and bioluminescent lagoons are just a few of the things that can be found in Mexico’s most biodiverse region. From its mountain peaks of 12,000+ feet the landscape drops dramatically down to the coast where Playa Zicatela in Puerto Escondido boasts one of the world’s top surfing locations. On top of it all you can experience a magic mushroom forest, Mexico’s only clothing optional beach and all the best Mezcal in the world!
